The glass ornament was designed to have a LED light source in the stand; the effect was then seen in the reflection of the bubbles within the glass structure. I was convinced I could take this property further and reflect full images through the bubbles in the glass. In order to do this, the only option was to project the image through the glass. This was done by finding a suitable image of an eye online and then displaying this in full screen on my laptop. On top of the keyboard was placed a glass surface and on top of that the ornament. The effect was immediately obvious and the image of the eye was reflecting throughout all the bubbles. I shot this, backlit by the laptop with f/5.6 and 1/10 sec shutter speed.
